ALI PROJECT's anticipated 24th single

sentiment: excited
harmony: "GOD DIVA" by ALI PROJECT

So much for late news but this is going to be the single cover for ALI PROJECT's 24th single entitled 裸々イヴ新世紀 (lit. Rara Eve Shinseiki, The New Century's Naked Eve) which will be used as the opening theme for the upcoming anime Sora wo Kakeru Shoujo this January 2009. The single will be released on January 21, 2008.

Tracklisting:

  1. Rara Eve Shinseiki
  2. Kishi Otome
  3. Rara Eve Shinseiki -instrumental-
  4. Kishi Otome -instrumental-

All lyrics written by Arika Takarano, while composition and arrangements are courtesy of Mikiya Katakura. These duo are really great in composing songs. I salute them and their fashion!

I'm excited to hear the long version because the preview for the song was great! <3~ Plus, I'm loving the single cover. Another darkwave collection since I'm loving the group. XD

AHHH, FINISHED W/ ONE AFTER ANOTHER JOB!! XD

sentiment: *whew*
harmony: "masterpiece (TV size)" by Mami Kawada

*whew* I'm finished with the masterpiece page on wiki. It's been a while since I updated Mami Kawada's page on wiki so before 2009 enters, I'm going to edit it big time since I'm the one who made the page in the first place! XP nyahaha! =D

I wonder how's PSI-missing's sales? Learning that it charted for it's 7th week (through Oricon), I wonder if it already reached 18k sales since the 17,409 total sales on wiki was for it's 6th week sales... While poor KILL already stopped charting for 2 weeks (which only garnered 3,403 sales). It's just proves that PSI-missing was more epic win than KILL. =3 Haha!

I also revamped Mami's fanlisting & fansite. Wait, I already told this on my previous posts?! Ah well, I'm just a little proud of myself although it looks simple, it's still piece of hard work. XD *wipes sweat on my forehead*

Next will be the ALI PROJECT fanlisting and the visual kei layout for my friend's multiply site. She asked me to make her a new layout. Maybe she visited my multiply page and saw the very reddish layout I made. XP Ah well, at times like this, I'd be pretty busy with layouts but I still appreciate it. =3 Now, to rest my eyes and do the layouts later. XD jaa~! I'm off to rest and eat soup and bread. XD

Masterpiece low quality TV size up, RIDEBACK info, and other news

sentiment: thrilled
harmony: "masterpiece (TV size)" by Mami Kawada

Yesh, this is what I'm waiting for before the year ends! A preview of masterpiece!! I uploaded the low quality TV size of masterpiece here.

I ripped it in the link that hikaru linked on his post at the I've Sound blog so please do mind the ramblings of Yuka Iguchi (the seiyuu of Index) and someone I don't recognize (maybe Rina Satou?). XD

PS: It sounded real different from some of Iuchi's works and I really liked it! xD It doesn't sound like an I've Sound work but it's something different but you can trace that this is certainly Iuchi's work since she's the one who usually goes into high-tempo beat techno songs. It's not as noisy as seduce *whew*.

PLUS: Information on MELL's 5th single

RIDEBACK
lyrics: MELL
Composition/Arrangement: Kazuya Takase
release on March 4, 2009

So the cute & bouncy opening theme for the anime series RIDEBACK will also have the same title -- erhmm, will this be the 2009 version of her cutest song FLY TO THE TOP? xD We'll see after the TV size has been aired!

And another news, even the unreleased Super scription of data for the OVA Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Rei has been released, Eiko Shimamiya will have her tie-in once again (for the nth time) for the movie release of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Chikai, the sequence for the live-action movie for Higurashi no Naku Koro ni this year. The song will be titled Chikai and we still don't know if it will come out as a single nor the credits for the song.

Before I go to slumber...

MERRY CHRISTMAS to all my friends in Multiply and Blogger!!! (^o^) Hope we'll all have a memorable and sick-free Christmas. <3

I didn't went out of our house and celebrate with the plastics since it's Christmas... I don't want to add up more sins. :P But I did enjoy making a new layout for my multiply although it's too reddish for me... XD

And another layout for both my Mami Kawada fanlisting and fansite... >=3 Although it look a bit simple, it took me almost 3 days to make these since I didn't have much creativity and bright ideas inside my hypothalamus. XD |D;;

And it's already 4:00 am, I already need to sleep because we'll go to our uncle's house later to celebrate Christmas. Jaa, oyasumi nasai! *goes off to bed*

Greater than ever!

sentiment: happy of course!
harmony: "Yakusoku" by Lia

Yay! I really enjoyed this day even though I have to endure the long journey but really, it was worth it. xD I just wanna thank those people who celebrated with me on my most special day of the year -- my birthday of course. xD Natsumi-chan, Mana-chan, Hangman and Shaoran, thanks a lot!! This day won't be very enjoyable without you, guys! Luv ya ol <3

Although last year we ate at Yellow Cab, we didn't today because my wallet's gonna get holes. :P Unlike if we eat at Greenwich, I'll be able to save almost twice the expense and still we enjoyed the meal somehow.

And unlike last year, we just ate, walk around and have our group pic (since we already met @ 3:30pm at that time) but this time, we ate first then went straight to the karaoke and sang to our heart's content then went to the studio to have our group pic (I haven't scanned the group pic but soon! xD). Well I just wanted something different that's why I insisted them on going to the karaoke. XD Hope next time it'll be an outing, an overnight one. =P Nyahurrhurr, that'll come in the future when we have our own work... and money, of course. =D

Well even if our celebration was kinda short for me (um, wait, the time's always fast when I'm with them! XD), I still enjoyed it and really had lots and lots of fun! PLUS, these four people gave me otanjoubi presents. =3 (see birthday celebration with friends album) Thanks again, I love them!!

And for now, I'm kinda worn-out because of the long journey and singing some perky J-songs (courtesy of me w/ the instrumentals while Hangman for his laptop) so I'm going to rest up since I still have a party to attend to later. =3 Yay another J-song/anime singing event. XD

Mami Kawada's 7th single "masterpiece"

sentiment: excited!
harmony: "say goodbye & good day" by KOKIA

Courtesy of amazon of course. Although no information has leaked but coincidentally just by visiting the page of her "unknown title" 7th single, suddenly the single cover was revealed and the title for To Aru Majutsu no Index's 2nd OP theme which is now revealed as masterpiece.

Simple yet elegant cover from Mami Kawada!! I love it!!! <3 I'm expecting the song will be as great as the cover. =)

WHAT FRUSTRATION!

sentiment: frustrated
harmony: "Two face" by AKI

Well it has been a while since I wrote an RL stuff here, eh? But today's one of the freakiest day I've ever had at school and I can't let the day pass having these frustrations inside my hypothalamus, ne? And while I share how much of an exhausting day it was, I would like to describe how I felt awhile ago at the Bilibid prisons.

Ugh, almost pure epic fail! Well I was happy somehow but today instead of enjoying myself being a volunteer (since I've been there for the nth time), I, Ms. Glen and Sir Bong got ourselves at the end of our nerves because of the students of the immersion class. >_<
First off, the SOP was to meet at 7am and yet only less than 1/10 of the population (of the immersion class) has arrived. Gawd damn for Filipino time. o__O Never fails to make me puke out and be ashamed of being a Filipino (sometimes). And that's not the only problem, other students made their transportation payment (for the jeepneys) TODAY! I remembered we posted that Dec.11 was the last date of payment for the transpo! *makes me want to bite them in the leg like Index* And so they made us crammed to accept all the payments instead of just preparing the necessary things since we're just a three-man org today (because the other volunteers weren't able to make it and some of the volunteers are also students of the immersion class so that leaves us no choice).
And because of some interruptions, misbehaviors and conflicts from parents of some student (it's too long and complicated to explain one by one), we were able to went out on our way to the prisons at 9am. o__o
When we arrived there, I was assigned to collect the IDs of ALL the students and mind you, there were at least 200 students and I have to carry and collect them all!! X_X We didn't have a plastic bag so I have to carry the burden. Then when the students entered, we still waited for the last batch of students (and it was so fuckin' hot that time!!).
While inside the prisons, I helped with the documentations like taking pictures, roaming around, unintentionally playing hide and seek with Sir Bong and Ms. Glen (because when I'm searching for them, they go somewhere but this isn't a problem really, it's just a bit exhausting to searching for them). Yes, definitely it was fun staying there seeing the other people and the inmates having fun and all but those immersion students are making the easy work a hard work for us, really.
One of the worst statements that I heard from one of the students while I was roaming around is that they are wondering why the immersion was SO short and unsatisfying. YEAH DAMN FUCKIN' whoever you are, it's all yer damn fault that it ended up like that --- gawd for not being punctual and not paying on time! Grrrr!!
And what's worse, we just found out that some of the students didn't forgot to pay the transpo and Sir Bong didn't have a choice but to be the loan shark of the school and paid the shortage which made him hotheaded when we returned at school. Well the other 3 professors didn't even bug to help us and shoulder the money shortage. Ugh, school surely sucks. ~~
When will people learn to change? Speaking of change, I admit I arrived a bit later than 7am today but at least I've done my part and I was earlier than most of the students. I remembering telling my younger sister that change starts within us so the first step to do "the change" is to be a role model (but sadly I was *kinda* not because of the almost 10 minute late) and show them that you really aim to that change.
I remember Sir Bong also mentioned that on his lecture before we departed at the Bilibid Prison. And I so agree with him that I really want to make them realize it.
And in the end, I feel toxicated because of what happened... Although it's slowly suppressing, I still don't feel like being happy. >>; Or maybe I'm just tired and all and so, I'm going to rest and relax my head. Hopefully, I'll be back to my old self again tomorrow.

A new and upcoming fanlisting

sentiment: just fine
harmony: "Kitei no Tsurugi" by ALI PROJECT

Oh yes, another fanlisting is now open although I already opened it 2 nights ago. xD Yes, last December 12, 2008, Kaorin a.k.a Kaori Utatsuki already had her fanlisting courtesy of moi, Fred Itachi. =D

Drive Out: The Utatsuki Kaori fanlisting

Actually it should've been opened a week ago but due to my laziness and some business at school, I requested a 1-week extension for making it and thus, it was made on the day of its deadline. Although as you can see, its layout is VERY crappy and simple... You can decipher that I crammed on it. XP Well I can't find any decent pics from her that's why I just screencapped on her Chasse PV. xD *gets shot*

And speaking of an upcoming fanlisting, I decided to make a fanlisting for ALI PROJECT since I'm getting REALLY addicted with their songs lately. I used to be a fan of them in the past especially after hearing Peony Pink and Kopperia no Hitsugi. But I have to admit I have to adjust on their "shift" because from being bouncy and cheerful Peony Pink, I was rather shocked when I first heard Gesshoku Grand Guignol and Kopperia no Hitsugi! They were rather different from style when I first heard their song in CLAMP School. It was darker and have a creepy feeling especially the latter (even if Noir wasn't very horror).

Anyway, I'm really into them especially when I learned that they will perform the opening theme from the anime I'm watching Kurogane no Linebarrels. Kitei no Tsurugi really rocks my socks!! O.o Pretty amazing song and they are really extravagant when it comes to the title of the song!! ALI PROJECT never fails to amaze on how they create their titles! Not to mention, their song arrangements -- even if almost all of their songs have resemblance to one another (due to the fact that only one person is composing and arranging them) but it never fails to make "Whoa~!"

And even had the urge to download some of their singles! And discovered my love for Asura Hime's single cover!! O.o Arika Takarano looks great on this one!! <3

The reason why I want to make them a fanlisting? Whether you believe it or not, some of their songs already got a fanlisting but the group itself didn't get the privilege to have one! o__O So I swore to the amazing group *Yeah as if they'll know about this one* that this fanboy is ready to build their fanlisting! xD *KYYAAAHHH*

Pics from SAVIA Live Tour c/o Animate.tv

Ahh just random pics from Mami Kawada's latest live tour in Taiwan. How I envy those who were able to attend this one. Even if my country's just down below Taiwan, expense for the roundtrip is unreasonable. >_< Yes, I'll just have to accept the fact that I'm just a beggar. ~_~

That blue dress looks awesome but her hair style could do better, I guess. Meh, one time it would really be one of my happiest days if I'd be able to attend just at least one of her concerts or live tours in the future. And get her autograph! *chaching*

Preview for KOTOKO's "Restoration" available, MELL for RIDEBACK

sentiment: kinda excited but not super excited
harmony: "Hotaru Boshi" by Chitose Hajime

Restoration ~沈黙の空~ (Restoration ~Chinmoku no Sora~)
Lyrics: KOTOKO
Composition/Arrangement: C.G mix
Theme song for BALDR SKY

As with the third tie-up with the series, KOTOKO still performed the opening theme song with C.G mix (again) with the music and arrangement. Not as good as Face of Fact and the Resolution version. Surely, I've music declines bit by bit... ~_~ Hopefully Mami's 7th single won't be disappointing... Random thought: Why am I feeling that Mami will perform the theme song for the eroge Haramiko? Hmm... I hope my premonition's correct since Mami hasn't done any eroge theme songs lately.

On other news, MELL is back with another tie-in with a new anime series called RIDEBACK which will aire in Japan next month, January 2009. Not sure but most likely, it'll come with a single which will become her 5th one. She's been consistent since she'll also do the theme song for Shin Setsu Ryouki no Ori entitled Bizarrerie Cage which serves as her 2nd tie-in with the said eroge after performing the ballad Permit. Bizarrerie Cage will be composed and arranged by Maiko Iuchi.

A preview for the theme song for RIDEBACK is available in the trailer for the anime. Song is still untitled. It's a perky and bouncy one but it's kinda bland with just the preview. Or is it aiming to be the next FLY TO THE TOP? Who knows.
